The role:

This job is based in Northern Ireland; however, using our bespoke “Recruit and Relocate”, Workforce will assist you to move to the UK.

Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager you will be help with the management of the day-to-day operations of the Spa, whilst on shift. We are seeking to recruit a versatile, strong individual with a hands-on approach, to lead this unique team to help ensure the Spa delivers a high-quality service to the guests, maximising all sales opportunities.

Role Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting fitness and well-being classes and sessions for all clientele and spa members
  • Completes stock take for professional and retail 
  • Organises linen order daily 
  • Manages the Treatment corridor 
  • Completes retail incentives chart and monitors daily sales 
  • Log any maintenance issues in the Treatment corridor 
  • Undertakes treatments daily to help drive revenue 
  • Checks and maintains any equipment, and ensures that all safety requirements are met daily 
  • Demonstrates, advises on and sells treatment products

The person:

Must have:

  • An NVQ level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
  • A least 1 year of Massage/Spa Therapist experience
  • Possess excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Have a particular strength for motivating staff to achieve exceptional levels of service
  • Be an enthusiastic and positive team player, capable of building strong working relationships within the Spa and across the entire Resort
  • Be able to work well while under pressure and be able to multi-task and think on his or her feet
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Have the ability to demonstrate your initiative and have a proactive ‘can-do attitude
